Homebrew gbaemu4ds: GBA emulator for DS(i) (DSi Entry)

Is the graphic better if you use the sc Version and the upper screen on a 3DS

  • I can't do that (have no 3DS) (have not tested that)

That(wifi) would be good
So, anymore game compatibility updates?
ichfly, i have a small doubt, This emulator is a hypervisor right?
But if this can play a gba game say Pokemon Ruby, why wont it
play a very similar game eg. pokemon emerald?

Because it's not the exact same game with the exact same programming.

That was the idea but I have tested the connection and it appears that this would be possible, too maybe.
Alright. A little tip for testing:

If you're using the Pokemon games (Ruby and Sapphire), use trading, not battling. VBALink is very consistent with getting trading to work, but battling is a shot in the dark.

Hey, I don't know if this's been addressed yet, but when I try to load a game (Summon Night 1) all I get is a couple of white lines at the bottom of the screen. I'm using a DSTT card.

How did you get Ruby to work? I've downloaded the european version( i think not sure if legit or not) Although i cant seem to make it work. Once the game launches one of the screens(depends if i chose default or not obv.) turns white and the other one posts a dump of data. The last think posted is "Jumping (random number here i think)

How do i make it work ?

Btw Ichfly you are awesome for making this emulator!

That sounds like a corrupt or bad ROM.
Try dumping from your own cart if you can.

Quick question. This was probably answered before, but there's ninety-two pages to this topic. Does this emulator only work on DSi, or will it work well on my DS Lite? I'd really like to play my old Mega Man Battle Network 2 game, but it got stolen a few years ago. It would be nice to play it on an actual system rather than on a PC emulator.

Works on the Lite, but on the DS/Lite you have the choice of using a SLot-2 flash cart, which has like 99% compatibility, so... people just do that.

It's people on the DSi and 3DS that CAN'T do that (there is no slot-2) that opt for this.

For the (megaman) part of the question, none of the mmbn series games work work except mmbn chip challenge:(

I rather enjoy a life of taking it easy. I haven't reached that life yet though.
