AI is the best way to go. Forget about trying to hire actors. Just hire people with good AI and chatGPT and video editing skills to design characters, script, voices, etc. and you can give the audience what they want to see.
Cool, but no. Filmography, like many other things we partake, pursue, and enjoy requires passion and soul to work, otherwise it's just robotic simulation with little to no real character or charm to it. Genuine passion is difficult to come by, most of mankind is already willing to cut corners almost entirely yet have the audacity to call such actions "passion." What makes this dangerous territory is the fact most are willing to misuse these resources for bad reasons, whether it be for quick financial gain, laziness, etc.. It should be used to assist, not basically do the homework for us just so we can steal credit without lifting too much of a finger if at all. I would rather watch a B rated movie created by some inexperienced person versus having an a.i. basically amalgamate things together and killing off what makes things like filmography an experience of its own to partake in and enjoy. Plenty of actors and actresses exist that enjoy the parts they play in many of the movies they are present in, stripping away their character like that just seems rather shitty to me.
If man isn't able to deliver what man wants, what makes one think artificial intelligence will considering man tells it what to do, man even invented it? Artificial intelligence is only a smart as people after all considering its knowledge is just an amalgamation of human knowledge and related information. In any case, the only thing it will be good at doing is basically producing the same stuff you don't like, but faster and in much larger quantities. We didn't need that resource for things like this, all we really needed was a heart and a mind set to do the right things. But oh no, we have to have complicated "solutions" to solve a problem we can already fix through better choices. What would I know though, I'm just a human being with a brain.
Besides, what "fans want" is a complexity all on its own, you act like every fan thinks the exact same, let alone assume all of them even have good taste in anything. Sometimes the best content is the type of content we didn't expect or want initially, but the content that differs in its own right and can achieve a sense of enjoyment in ways one doesn't anticipate, content we needed all along, all it takes is the properties and ingredients being handled by the right set of hands with the right mindset. I'll be honest though, I don't put much faith in most "fans" to really scale good from the bad as it is, I personally think a lot of people have really horrible and classless taste with a lot of things, movies being one of the big ones, just seems like many things that actually have some good value and sense of enjoyment, others just hate and get ultra picky about, usually for stupid reasons, especially when it comes to older stuff. I guess the reality is a lot of people just suck and don't appreciate anything, nothing is ever enough, I'm not sure at this point what to think.
