Is it possible for me to unlock the SCFG using only the flashcart? My SD Card slot is not working.

We have acronyms for a reason: To not have to say the full meaning, unless when asked for the full meaning, if the person doesn't know.
You're the one who decided to asked that question, so the least you could've done is not ask it, or you know, ask what it actually means instead of guessing.
