ROM Hack I updated to 11.8 and it won't install nothing with internet

I have an O3DS with Luma and since when i updated to 11.8 it won't download nothing, like Titledb on FBI says that there's no internet, or things from eShop says "An error occurred. Try again later", or Ciangel won't let me update wings.json.
Is there an update of Luma for fixing this?

anything related to Nintendo's CDN is forever broken

You have to reset your wireless connection in the system menu. It's a bug in the firmware

That won't reinstate the forever broken CDN apps - they're as good as non-existent now due Nintendo's new security measures.

I got everything running fine with 11.8 seedminers method. P

I already did it. It was the first thing i tried. Also, it let me install games that i bought on eShop, but not eShop games with Tickets

Nintendo updated how the CDN worked and blocked apps like freeShop, CIAngel, ect. from accessing it and downloading games. This has nothing to do with 11.8, it can be fixed on our end, and you will have to manually find our own CIAs to install through FBI. The eShop error may be related to the tickets you are using because non-valid tickets will not work anymore as well. You may need to use tikSweep to clean up the now useless tickets.

Adding to @Lilith Valentine's post.

tikSweep can miss some tickets. I found out about this when trying to download updates on Nintendo eShop with a blank SD card after using tikSweep.


You may need to use FBI > Tickets > Delete Unused Tickets.
