Actually there tx os if free for homebrew use at the moment you only need to buy the pro version for the backup loader feature. Thus almost all users of atmosphere have just downloaded it to use homebrew. Atmosphere seems to have hit a snag there hasn't been any updates to the files in days.

I asume there actively trying to crack tx in order to copy its hook/redirects to atmosphere to save them self a lot of dev work as it easier to copy over something that works already then having to debug over and over there own builds that's a lot more time consuming.

But why would they be doing that if they state that "Atmosphere is anti-piracy". It makes no sense!

That would be very sad because their pride would go to the ground by doing that, the open source community what it will do is say that TX copied them and its the other way around, in the gateway era, people were shouting GATEWAY COPIED OPEN SOURCE, but it was the complete other way around but well....

What I really want is a way to boot into CFW with Sig Patches from the SD card without the need of a jig all the time or the USB C payload injection method. Something like 3DS or Wii thanks.

all the card2 games requires at least 4.1.0, so I am guessing we will be seeing more card2 games than card1 games in the future, if TX is able to fix it then it shouldn't be a problem for SX OS users

LayeredFS is able to support it so yeah they will fix it. In fact they'll fix it in the next update.

Actually alot has been done. The file boot.dat has been decrypted for the most part. It's only a matter of time before someone finishes what he started.
