As long as you can extract 7z and zip archives you'll be fine. If you use the seedminer method, there might be requirements on your computer.

is it possible to downgrade an old 3ds with a sysnand thats on 11.6?? this old 3ds is on cfw letting you know. when you get asked questions you aint sure of i figured to have an answer.

That was it one of my files was not named properly

Yep, go to the installed software section and there are buttons for DLC and updates

I just did the A9LH update to B9S and it went fine, and I got Lumav9.0.
the console has version 11.2.0-35E, can I upgrade to be able to access eshop and browser?

trying to update b9s here would i need to make new folders or just overwrite everything?? cuz this boot9strap folder and its boot9strap.firm file already has it in it. and it created a boot9strap(1).firm. so wanted to be sure of what to do. its kinda confusing to me.

I follow the tutorial A9LH to B9s i copied everything as they say
if you already have them it is better to replace

i updated on my chromebook. figured since it can hold files and unzip with rar too and i need it to get done i'll just hold my breath and jump in. thankfully its all done now and i can breathe. system is working fine.

got a problem with my friends new 3ds, it boots directly to god mode 9 and when i hold select it can boot to luma menu but it always hangs, and god mode9 too when i press anything it automatically reboots again, someone knows how to fix this?

If you disabled Useage/Statistics transmission in the settings and "What I'm playing" in friends you are good.
Don't play games you wouldn't be able to play (region locked) and you are good to go
