Just thought I'd put this here to brighten up the mood in the forum (Often there's arguing and trolling...)
it's been scientifically proven (and I'm not just talking about Law of Attraction stuff) that writing at least 3-5 things you're grateful for, every morning, can help INCREDIBLY with rewiring your brain, when you have depression, or a constant negative mindset, etc.
And I'm hoping it'll also be a feel good topic for everyone.
I'm grateful that I can support myself, even though I don't make much at the moment.
I'm grateful that I was able to have fluids while working outside today
I'm grateful for the compliment I got today from a kind old lady at work
I'm grateful that I have a body without any physical issues, as far as I know
I'm grateful for the one badass pupper I saw at work today
I'm grateful for getting to have a day off of work tomorrow.
So what are you grateful for? Even the tiniest thing counts.
