So the A button on my gamepad is broke therefore i cant load my mods through loadiine (SDCaffine) due to the final step requiring you to press A to finalize the process and ive tried a couple of other methods such as using haxchi and homebrew to create offline mod access and HID to Vpad to try to use another controller to press A but none of these worked because the A button was required to do some part of each of these methods. So does anyone know of a way I can load my mods without needing to press the A button? Any help would be great.

Don't use the Loadiine version, upgrade to the HBL version: https://gbatemp.net/threads/sdcafiine.471360/
As far as I know you don't need buttons to operate or enter the Homebrew Launcher, it can all be done on the touch screen.

You'll have to edit some directories first though.
Before you probably had this:
SD:/[title ID]/[mod files]

You'll have to change it to this:
SD:/sdcafiine/[title ID]/content/[mod files]

Or just inject the mods into the game files

So i change everything and got into the game but when i load versus/local smash it gives me an error saying Exception Type DSI Occured... did I do something wrong? my SD card root has these folders: private, sdcafiine, and apps then in sdcafiine it goes SD:/sdcafiine/[tittle id]/content/[mod files] (which are currently just patch and sound)

Do you have a wiiu folder in your SD card? You should have SD:/wiiu/apps/sdcafiine/SDcafiine.elf. Did you load SDCafiine from the Homebrew Launcher? Also, make sure you're running only SDCafiine. Out of my experience, SDCafiine and HID to VPAD tend to conflict with each other. Lastly, make sure your mods are good. Has your modpack worked with the old SDCafiine (the one from loadiine.ovh)?

ya my bad i do have the wiiu folder in my root not apps and i already deleted HID to VPAD earlier but how do i check if im only running one thing? And I do load SDCafiine from the Homebrew launcher. As for my mods its a personal mod pack with a lot of mods including skins, music and an extra map... it worked fine when i used loadiine so i dont know whats wrong. also i have mods that change the title screen and menu screen plus menu music but i noticed that they dont load either so its almost like it didnt load any of the mods at all. Any ideas? Also thanks for the help so far.

You're not supposed to need this for Smash but I use a Mocha SD Access fork to get my stuff working all the time. Try this and see what it does: https://github.com/Maschell/mocha/releases/tag/0.2-sd_access
You basically run Mocha SD Access from the HBL first, go back to the HBL, then run SDCafiine.
