Without buying the expensive amibo? (for example epona or the chest that can give you a hylian shield)

I dont have an android unfortunately. Looks like I am out of luck.

Look at the cheat codes thread and the Zelda item IDs thread. You can get the Amiibo stuff through ram edits, no Android phone or ntag215 needed. The only thing we can't get yet is wolf link. Also btw the hylian shield is not an Amiibo item you can get it in the game.

PowerSaves for amiibo by Datel, but you need to make sure it's the newer version which includes the powertag.
Also pricing probably depends on your location, maybe check a gamestop, on the US Site it's available for ~15$
