Who know how to dump the game update ?
I got the disc, but idk how to dump the update alone....

I just disabled internet altogether by renaming the SSID instead of deleting it (so I don't have to re-enter DNS info). There has to be some kind of phoning home that the system does whenever you go online though. Perhaps activity log data can show that you played it early? I don't know, but am not too concerned about it.

The best option I think is to get Brain Age and set Haxchi so you can boot into CFW totally offline.

what do i need to install this? my wii u has been in storage i only have loadiine setup and blocked updates with DNS and i just purchased brainage to install haxchi
how should i proceed? do i need mocha? do i just set up haxchi or do i need rednand to play games online and use non legit DLC?

also what is this update i keep on hearing about is this just a game update or is there a new system update in BOTW that will take me past 5.5.1?

Mocha and rednand are not necessary for your stated purposes. Still need separate USB device.

The BotW update is separate from the game download and is necessary to boot the game. Wii USB Helper is easiest way to download EU copy of game but update must be obtained elsewhere like that site we don't talk about.

As long as you set up the DNS Servers, there is no problem with playing it.

Agreed. It's the most convenient setup. No fiddling with exploits, no extra steps to run cfw, just turn on the system and and you're good to go!

That's the only reason why I'm not installing the game. I'm not willing to risk my NNID for it. If they can send log data, then they definitely know you were playing it before launch and what's the difference between that and the Pokémon SuMo case? Not much imo.
