Also, Severa and Selena sharing a support pool is going to create problems, because support pools work off of Character IDs, meaning Severa will never gain any ranks with anyone because her character ID will not exist on anyone's pools, and giving Severa and Selena the same Char ID is just asking for all sorts of problems.
I did something similar with MKana and the only issue to arise was the support dialogues not displaying properly. Severa and Selena do have different character IDs.

I'll look into it. I'm not sure what happened with Deathchaos's. It'll be low priority though, I've got some Awakening characters and an Anankos to make.
I'm 90% sure it's a file compression issue, I used BatchLZ77 which uses the incorrect compression method (lz10) when the game files are originally compressed with lz11.

I've long switched to a different tool which compresses with lz11, so I'll just rebuild the files with the new compression and see how that turns out.

Also, something your files don't have, while not necessary, if you want your files to be compressed like the original game files, after compressing with lz11, copy the first 4 bytes of the file, paste them again at the start (so they are repeated) and change the very first byte from 11 to 13.

Would that change anything?

I might do that then. My game takes forever to load now, so I can see it being worthwhile.
I think that's also why my Awakening Assets takes forever to load, since it didn't have the correct compression and I also didn't bother doing that, I just went through every .bin.lz file I had, decompressed them, correctly recompressed them with lz11 and did this, will see what difference it makes on loading times.

@The Real Jdbye, I thought about that and I have blank DVD's and Blurays but honestly after like 90 songs I just listen to it a couple of hundred times toss it out and burn something else or have like 2-3 CD's. Florida here the heat in the car tends to ruin the CD's after like a few months even commercial pressed ones don't last too long.
