NTR is dead on 10.4 for now, as is HBL launching from home menu (CIA). Both need reworked, if it's possible, for home menu 10.4.

For reference or anyone wondering, GW multirom will always break if HomeMenu title is updated since GW hooks into it for their loader.

Thanks for pointing that out. A lot of people here know that, but with the influx of downgrades recently, it's good to let newer Gateway users know that this kind of "update comes out -> wait a day -> update launcher" cycle is to be expected.

O3DS I take it? Wonder if it or being on rxtools is making a difference. Rxtools obviously cannot be run on a N3DS on 10.4.

yes obviously o3ds ! my N3DS is on Reinand 10.3 didn't update since i can access eshop through free multi patcher

As the title states, there have been reports of ReiNAND users being able to update successfully to 10.4 emunand without issue. Gateway can boot into emunand on 10.4, but multirom menu support has been broken. I realize that this is not particularly notable, but with the struggle on N3DS of 9.6+ emunand, I thought it was worth the post.

Of course, if you're planning on downgrading, do not update to 10.4

Saw a couple people, including myself, asking around about CFW/GW compatibility. Thought this thread might save some questions!

Also note that NTR is broken and HBL cannot be launched from the Home Menu as a CIA.

Pretty sure no *hax work atm, and its a safe assumption that browserhax and menuhax were patched. The forced update to Ironhax before launching is probably an attempt to fix Ironhax. No idea if they even can fix ninjhax or oothax, but even then they would still need new payloads for 10.4

Browserhax still works, the only thing that 10.4 patch is iron fall, it forces you to update to use the game

The browser was most definitely updated on the N3DS, but apparently not on the O3DS.

Even smea can be wrong sometimes. Browserhax does not work anymore on the N3DS. I just tried it.

Odd that Nintendo just blocked just ironfall...What are they planning?!? Remeber that surprise attack on 10.2 came out and the browser says to update to use it for users 9.9+...they can be hiding some secret attack as we speak

No idea, but they didn't just block ironhax, so please stop telling people that is the only thing blocked.
