How did the 3ds have so many exploits?

It doesn't have that many - most savegame exploits are fairly unoriginal* ports of ninjhax2
* a different concept than "easy and obvious to make"

About B9STool and Seedminer based-on methods (like Bannerbomb3, Fredminer, etc.), is there any confirmation about they are compatables with the latest FW version already? Or do we have to stay some confirmation yet?

That's because there is available a new version of B9STool on GitHub, but I don't see people that have tested and confirmed.

We've updated both our consoles to 11.12 (both USA NTSC units) everything running as intended so far

I attempted to use Pichaxx and it seems that there is no otherapp payload for 11.12 at the moment. I tried 11.11 otherapp but it doesn't seem to work for me. Has anyone else gotten it to work?

What is it doing, when you're attempting to run it?

B9stool does not work @cyberant. And @superarran5 , are you just using luma 10 or something, or was ntr cfw working before you updated, and stopped after you updated

Then, just update the boot.firm of Luma CFW to the latest version (10.0.1)

That won't work. The changelog for 10.0 also states:

I've had similar issues when going to 10.0, and this came out way before 11.12. Either way, that solution hasn't been announced yet.

It seems 11.12 does actually kill off NTR...

its not really killed off. Its just the devs need to get the firmware update done to allow it to work again. This has been a common thing each update.

Yes, just be sure to adapt the current guides in these 2 ways:

2- be absolutely sure to replace b9stool with the one designed for 11.12 kernels
