Hacking After Downgrading from 10.3 to 9.2, Can I downgrade to 9.0?

I would like to downgrade from 9.2 to 9.0 and then upgrade back to 9.2. I want to do this because in theory, the NATIVE_FIRM or whatever would get fixed from this, if I am not mistaken. What this should do is fix all the issues with CFW and not being able to launch rxTools from browser, correct?
Edit: I am on a N3DS. Sorry for forgetting to include such an important thing.

You can use Gateway's downgrader to downgrade to 4.x and then get a full 9.0 CIA pack from that ISO site and upgrade.

You can´t launch rxtools from the browser on n3ds because spiderhax or whatever is not compatble with new 3ds you can use browserhax to open rxtools

CFW doesn't launch from the browser on N3DS period. It's not the firm. The firm issue was fixed a while back.

No but you can downgrade to 9.0 but I don't see the point as Sysupdater wont change titles that are the same.

i reccomend you to install menuhax from browserhax and get autoboot
you can get the files to use browserhax from smea site

In its configuration file, it has the HomeBrew Launcher as its third, RxTools/CakesFW as the first one.
You can manually edit the boot.cfg file with text editor. Please notice the proper files need to be placed for it to boot (it seems not checking if exists).
