Homebrew [Q] Can Hans firmware spoof the home menu?

So, I know that hans is now unable to spoof firmware for the eshop, but what if we already have the download started? I have a few half downloaded demos that are supposed to download at the home menu, but after starting the download, it pops up with a message telling me to update my 3ds. Is there any way around this. I know there is a solution for this in 9.2 or below, but sadly Im on 10.1.

No. HANS does not have access to HOME Menu.

No, HANS cannot access NVer/CVer neither it can patch services that does firmware checks.
