You can definitely do a Google search for the .CIA of the game. Maybe go and check that ISO site, but I've already said too much.

Then you're probably not searching hard enough. Trust me, I was running into the same problems as you, but suddenly I found them and I felt great. You'll feel great too.

It won't work online with smea's Hans.

to get neo x or y you need to dump your romfs then use rom extractor to decpyrt it then go into the neo folder you downloaded go into data/full/romsf copy the a and replace it with the one in your romsf then use rombuilder to turn it back into romfs.bin use a hexeditor on the file and delete the hex that you need to
