so why wouldn't injects also run and i thought there were also a bunch already created a while ago before any GBA CIA's would run

Quick question, alot of people use poweriso to open the bin files for some things, How? everytime i use it it tells me its an invalid file or whatnot

You must Encrypt your File. Than uns Poweriso etc.

Install cubic ninja as a cia in pasta

NTR required either 4.5 on O3DS or 9.0 on N3DS, hence their problem. You can still boot installed CIAs of any region via Title Manager if you're desperate for a solution, it just won't show on the home screen.
