The title says it all. I have a New 3DS, 9.0. Got Cubic Ninja and OoT3D. Any possibilities of emuNAND (without Gateway)? I don't need CIAs and homebrew for the moment, just pure emuNAND.
Thanks for the quick answer! I have a 9.5 O3DS and want to transfer to the N3DS. That's why I'm searching for an emuNAND solution. AFAIK, the O3DS can't be forced not to update before transfer and the protocol changed with 9.6.Short answer: No.
Long answer: No, your only option is Gateway and that only goes to 9.4. If you need 9.4 for Xenoblade, that's your only option. If you want eShop for games (that don't themselves require > 9.2) then EmuNAND won't help you, check this thread instead.

Can Sky run homebrew? I've seen it with PlayCoinSetter. Or worst case, continue on my Old, eventually someone will make Emunand for Ninjhax.Well unfortunately EmuNAND won't save you. System Transfer performs an update check prior to working.
9.2's could theoretically work with 9.5, but we have no way to make 9.5 ignore updates, thus it's currently rather impossible.
You could update both to 9.7 and reduce any options of unauthorized things to Sky or "abandon" your O3DS and restart from your new with what you have that's easily portable (cart saves, possibly information from NAND if you have xorpads and a hardmod/backup).
At this point in time I don't know any other options.

What do you mean by manual transfer?Sky can just run Ninjhax, so nothing extra is gained from that.
In any case, you can't just copy an EmuNAND to another console, you can't use the eShop/System Transfer patch on EmuNANDs, there is no 9.5 EmuNAND on N3DS to begin with and as already stated once on 9.5 we can't patch things (even if we could patch EmuNAND in the first place).
Manually transferring what you can or giving up on unauthorized code are your only options at this point in time, as far as I'm aware.
If you had the O3DS on a hackable version and saved the xorpads and a nand backup you can recover some of the data from that and move it.What do you mean by manual transfer?
Then my situation's hopeless. If you had the O3DS on a hackable version and saved the xorpads and a nand backup you can recover some of the data from that and move it.
Past that, not much.
Then my situation's hopeless.
