Anyone streaming it is pretty hardcore and too much of a nintendo diehard to risk getting banned for pirating/dumping/hacking nintendos products. On the bright side, itll definitley be dumped tonight or tomorrow.

that's what *you* think...I don't think Big N will let this game be piratable on day one. An update from the gateway team will be required most definitely. They are definitely going to throw every form of 3DS Anti-Piracy in the book at this one (perhaps some new ones) btw I should remind you people from Nintendo DO watch this site. Even though they can't go after EACH person on here, I wouldn't proudly toot my piratey tune too much.

Doubt that due to the simple fact this gateway update only came out about 2 weeks ago, it takes longer to make sure your code ( firmware update) is secured without bugs, so weeks and weeks amount of testing is sure to be done before any release. Remember that ps3 firmware bug lol

2 weeks is more than enough time for Nintendo's reverse engineering team to "fix" any "update" gateway has done. Granted they will implement these "fixes" on AAA titles. Kinda like the DS. We had new forms of AP be introduced. But they were only introduced into AAA A-List noteworthy games such as the category of this one. They wouldn't want to reveal their hand too early now would they? I will be highly surprised if they did.
