Maybe pokemon use the same saving-method like animal crossing. If there are smart there probably wait till after pokemon is out to release it, that way it might stop nintendo from being able to patch the spoof on it.
Maybe pokemon use the same saving-method like animal crossing.
And then? We can play but without to save
save area is accessed on boot, it cant access, game doesnt boot
im sure Nintendo will implement more check at this point then also
And for all later games
correct, that's something entirely different
in order to get gateway to work on a higher firmware, they will have to find a new exploit first, because it was fixed after 4.5
and whether they will accomplish this tomorrow, in a month or maybe even never, is impossible for us to know, right now :-/
So technology aside, we're pretty much in the same boat as two years ago (just about?) with the PS3. And Gateway 3DS is kinda like the True Blue. Right?
2 quick questions. Your help is appreciated
1. Do 4 gigabyte roms fit on a 4 gigabyte micro SD card
2. Is there ANY lag you guys have experienced with a class 4 micro sd card
4GB sd ~ 4 000 000 000 bytes1. Yes of course 4 GB game, 4 GB micro SD, do the math!
2. I haven't experienced any lag with that micro SD card.
4GB sd ~ 4 000 000 000 bytes
4GB rom 4 294 967 296 bytes
Yea do the math. lol
sd brand matters too (more than class), buy from amazon or some other reputable retailer. samsung, kingston, sandisk are good.
Its a common misconception. 8GB is a safe size for all current games.Oh, i failed there, lol.
Man i need to do some research before i post shit :-/
two years ago
lol 3DS is kinda like the PS3 6 years ago when George found the exploit and got a modified FW working
only difference is that PS3 had the Lvl0 Keys leaked 3 years ago by a Anon user
Stop posting your thoughts as facts!
The keys have not been "leaked" at all. Sony merely was to lazy to use an actual random number generator which screwed up their hashing algorithm, so you could calculate (Attention: calculate not bruteforce) the private key. This runs a little bit along the lines of Nintendo's attempt to validate signatures with string compare functions...
Usually the problem behind (newer) encryption algorithms and hashing functions is their implementation and not the theory behind them...
http://3ds.essh.co/I think a 4gb rom actually also just has 4 000 000 000 bytes, or in gb 3.7gb... otherwise it would be nonsense. nintendo would force itself to use 8gb cards for 4gb games
