HTTPS implementation?

@[member='Costello'], would you be willing to consider implementing HTTPS on GBAtemp? I think it'd be a good idea for privacy purposes and for security nuts like me who like to see it in sites.

HTTPS isn't just some technical fiddling, in order for it to work "properly" GBAtemp would need to purchase and maintain a certificate. While there are some places that offer free certs, they're not a "known" root publisher on most systems so in order for it to work automatically on people's computers it'd need to be one from a certain group, and I don't remember how much they cost, but it's a cost.

I'll look into it, if it doesn't require too much work (and the costs of certificates are not overly high)
