Hacking YOUR Most ridiculous R4 Clone found? XP

I stumbled upon this. Sure, R4 clones tend to use these types of images Avatar, Kingdom Hearts 3D, but I found this interesting, not only because the characters on the casing are actually related to the flashcard (which even has a Pokéball insignia on the card), but Pokémon Black/White are coming soon to the Americas.

Also, yes; I do not expect this card to work with the official translations of Pokémon Black/White at all.

EDIT I: Even so, if this does work with those game, I kinda want one for myself (even if only for novelty purposes), especially considering that this card is under $6.
EDIT II: I had to switch URLs; the official website would break the TOS.

Anybody have a link to a ridiculous R4 clone that even comes close? I wanna see what ridiculous add ons and tacked on titles they can add before they get tired.

For me it's definitively the r4i-drive.com.

The only kernel available on this website is wood R4 1.25. -_-

BTW, there is a lot of dstti hardware based flashcart which stole regulary some code from well known team or from well known homebrews. Even the dstwo website skin get copied ...

I don't think they can come close to the laughability of Mbmax's entry but here is what I found:

you can all call the r4itt but it does have some great things going for it
it's cheap
simple design
3ds upgradable
rgf updates
huge test points (and very accessible)
spi flash (no tsop which is good)

and if the firmware is unencrypted i will truly be dancing

i found an email about an r4 clone claiming to work on 3ds roms i'll get the link later but i got it on april fools so im pretty sure it was a fool from a high up here

Actually R4 card are now dead - we really should be talking about the new 3ds cards that are out like the PK3DS Real Time Upgrade.

@drewmerc : i doubt they have forgotten to encrypt their firmware even on those shitty flashcarts.
