Top Ten Dream Games
1. A pseudo Phantasy Star Online, I figure it can have a graphic engine like 2-D zeldas, and the bottom screen for menus and maps.
2. Pocket Tanks, simpler game than worms, would be great for download play instead of having to teach other people how to play worms.
3. Jet Grind Radio, there's no analog stick, but I'm sure there would be a unique control scheme that would use the touch screen effectively for the spray painting parts.
4. Tennis, I would love to have a friggin tennis game. All the tennis games on here use one screen for everything, should use both screens as each half of the court! That would be pretty crazy.
5. Mugen, DS needs a good fighter, Jump Ultimate Stars is fun, but I think we need something more traditional like. I think this would make better homebrew because it would allow people to make their own characters I suppose, then again, that would probably complicate a probable online vs mode.
6. Gunstar, Contra 4 is on the way, but I was never into Contra, but I have played a bit of Gunstar.
7. Top-down racer genre, I miss the old school racers with the top down views, I'd rather play that on wifi, than play some choppy 3-D rendered racer.
8. Kirby, the two current Kirby games are great, Kirby Squeak Squad was my first platforming Kirby, I played that nearly to death. One thing was missing that I found in Kirby's before, a multiplayer co-op I beleive? Hope the next Kirby gets multiplayer in Story mode.
9. Sonic The Hedgehog Collection, complete with Sonic and Knuckles lock on, and also Sonic Arcade! I'm sure they could fit all that on a cart.
10. Skies of Arcadia Ship Battles, for those that have played Skies of Arcadia on Dreamcast/Gamecube, a game that would involved customized ships, with your own hand-drawn emblems. It would play nearly the same, cept several factors would arise, such wind lowering accuracy, Steels ships have higher defence, but slower speed vs wooden ships. I think a custom game like that would be really nice to have. Playing that on wifi would surely be pretty fun.
