Hacking Working on Loadiine port for the Homemenu (Need some help)

Like the title said, I'm working on a loadiine port for the homemenu. I need help with converting the efl to rpx. I heard elf2rpl would help. My Question is: Does elf2rpl work, or do I need another tool and when yes, which one?

@Hotbrawl20 @punderino i was trying it a few weeks ago, i got the .rpx with elf2rpl, i did the app, cos and meta xml files, i packed it but it didn't work, like RetroArch (i used the official rpx), cafiine, ftpiiu...
And i tried to make it with wut, but i needed a modified makefile, i tried to edit the normal file seeing the HBC makefile but i got some errors so, How?
