Hacking WiiU GameCube games without wii mote using a ds4

How do I play GameCube games using a ps4 controller without going into vWii because I don’t have a wii mote. What’s the workaround seems to only work with a game pad for me(using virtual console). ?! Would appreciate the help

tried following the directions and got WiiU 2 HBC on console, opened it up and blue screen with nothing on it let’s me quit it as well. Any help??!!
