Hacking wiinja Mod chip installer?

hi I got a wiinja deluxe recently and i dont really have any skill in soldering and was wondering if anyone could recommend somewhere that could install it?

i live in the Ithaca NY area and a few hours of a drive wouldn't be a pain to get it done right in front of me.
If this is in the wrong area i apologize i wasn't sure where else to put it.
