Hacking How do I downgrade the Wii U menu (not full downgrade to an older version where Tvii icon is present in the applets?

I really want to get the Tvii icon back on my Wii U (for the nostalgia) , so is there a step by step process for it? ( I have old men.rpx )

I just want the icon back, and I will be responsible for any bricks to my console.
