Find fwtool 1.6.0
Dump your nand and then follow the 11.0 FIRM downgrading procedure.

There's a twl downgrading thread with the public.sav file for fieldrunners in the OP.
Then you follow the method from the sudokuhaxx on 3ds thread. Although nowadays, it's really simple as you can just copy the hax sav file to fieldrunners with godmode9.

No, when you run it from a flashcart it doesn't have access to NAND. It needs to be ran as DSiWare.

@Kikoshi That isn"t true, you can safely System Transfer without any problem, of course you are going to only keep content that you legally acquired trough the transfer.

Anyway, this is probably going to get fixed very soon(tm): Nintendo will just have to remove the vulnerable things from the eShop, as they always did before.
