So I bought a N3DS, unfortunately, it's already on 11.4.
Now I wonder, what are my options for installing A9LH and B9S. And yes, I did read through 3DS.guide
I am willing to undergo HardMod, but would preffer no to. I do not own another 3DS to use DSiware, I do have Super Smash Bros, but it is already on 1.1.6 and can't be downgraded.
I am open to almost any options at this point.
If anyone here is located in Prague and has any of the following: Cubic Ninja, Smash Bros bellow 1.1.2, CFW 3DS with DSiWare exploit game installed, I'd like to hear from you.

Install sighax, switch on your internet & spotpass and bet a ban! seems to be the latest craze at the moment!
I wouldn't mind the "ban", as it only affects multiplayer as of yet, in which not interest I am.
Regarding Sighax, I have failed in googling out any guide on how to install it on 11.4. If you know of any, please let me know.

You can install it on 11.4, but as I understand it, you have to pull your 3DS to pieces and take a soldering iron to it. Never understood why anyone would think that was "no big deal", but each to their own

That's hardmod. I am aware of it, but would prefer to avoid it.
I am currently interested in anyone living nearby with a SSB 1.1.2 or Cubic Ninja or a step-by-step instructions on SigHax (if it works on 11.4)

The only other way is using a second 3DS with CFW already on it (if you can borrow one), installing dsiwarehax and system transferring to the 11.4 3DS. If that's something you can do, then http://3ds.guide is your friend.

Practice makes perfect (and so do using appropriate tools for the job); I would wager that most people, with the already mentioned prerequisites, can do a passable job especially on a O2DS (which uses large and well-spaced pads) :)

It's not that I have no experience in soldering, I just don't like the idea of soldering to something this new.
I suppose however, I will have to result to it in the end.
As far as I know, NinjHax is still a thing, so is FreakyHax and SmashBrosHax. Neither of which I have the card for. The one I am closest to is SmashBrosHax, unfortunately my card came with 1.1.6 OOB, so I would have to find someone to trade it with.
Regarding PKMN picrossHax: I have already istalled the game and waiting for the exploit to be released, unfortunately, I have no idea when that might happen.

---EDIT---

So picross is a secondary anyway, so no hopes there... :(

You do realize even a primary entry point won't give you what you need. You would still need an arm9 exploit in order to install b9s. Without that a primary entry point only gets you basic homebrew. Other than that you can wait for ntrboothax.
