If I remember correctly, you can buy games from the eShop without a NNID. This is convenient because you won't have to transfer your NNID (which has some downsides). Just buy the game, inject, then transfer from a freshly formatted emuNAND.

Damn, i just got lucky, my cousin updated his 3ds to 11.0 and my other cousin still has his 3ds on 10.5.. if this works, I can install arm9lh on 10.5 after downgrading and use it to downgrade the 11.0
