Hardware Vita import from usa to uk

Hello everybody

i am going to sell my nintendo 3ds and all my games for £160 to someone that i know and am looking to import a ps vita from america.

My auntie lives over there anyways so she will send it over as it will only cost me £158 off of amazon because of the currency exchange but i was wondering

1) will i be able to make a english psn account and or use my old one from my dads ps3

2) will it effect what i get on psn store like useing english psn point card thingys and my connecting my bank card

3) please tell me if i will run into any other issues like reigon lock ect by importing from usa
