If you copy the save to emunand, it does not delete it from the real nand, so it would still be there. You should download savegame_manager_gx, specify the path to your emunand (if you have any) and see if you see the game in either (or both) the real nand and the emunand. Also, check to see if he enabled "save emulation" or "full nand emulation" (going by memory here). That would cause the loader to look for and use save files from emulated nand instead of from real nand. My son was playing with his wii when he one day was sad because his saves in Lego Pirats of the Carribean had disappear.
He showed me that he hade open settings, and the only thing i can see that can have messed this up is that he pushed att extract save to Emu Nand. How do i get his saved games back to the game again? Now all 4 save slots are showing 0,0 %.
