On the RiiConnect24 Discord Chat, PokeAcer (a creator of RiiConnect24) Posted a message saying that GBATemp has been hack I just Wanted confirmation is that true?

Password reuse and cross-referring data breaches belonging to other sites might be the problem here.
If you had reused passwords anywhere, I would strongly consider changing them with something completely different and using a password manager to help out with the storage and generation of them.
As this forum software is well known, I wouldn't be surprised if there was a vulnerability for the version being used (whatever it is) that's being exploited in this case.
