UART C00C0002

So, a few weeks ago my PS5 decided to just die on my while playing a video game.
I've posted originally on Reddit asking for help, but going to cross post here because I am a bit lost at identifying the problem or approaching it.
Initially I had no clue what I was doing until someone told me to read out the UART codes.
So I got a tool for this, hooked up the PS5 and did that:

I didn't copy everything, but the last 2 severe ones are what is happening to my PS5, Single beep, 1 second blue light off.
So logical me identified these two as what needs to be fixed.
I tried searching the bord and I found the location of the Infineon XDPE14286A and got a spare for that one.
What I can't find is the Mosfet 6414A that is being mentioned.
I took pictures (attached).

Can someone help me identify the Mosfet and figure out what I need to replace that one?
