Question about free to play games

So there are some free to play games that you can play offline like fallout shelters and i believe Rocket league, and ive been told there are more but i dont know wich ones so:

-What Free to play games on PS5 are also playable offline?

I am playing EA's Sims 4. And I had fun playing it. Also, I am not sure but I think Overwatch, Fortnite, and PUBG are available to download for free.
