Gaming Thoughts on Tears of the Kingdom?

When TotK came out, reviews were very positive. People generally said it was better than BotW. After a few months people were saying it's as good as BotW. Now, when I look for reviews, people are generally saying its not a patch on BotW and plays like a DLC.

Who has played TotK and what did you think? Where would you put it in your Zelda rankings?

It was good, I'd say even a little better than BOTW. The adding objects together to make weapons, vehicles, etc was neat and innovative. The upper and underground was a cool addition too, but don't want to spoil too much. imo 8/10

The controversial review published here on GBATemp at the launch was pretty much spot on - if not even slightly overpositive. Huge area with very little actual reward from exploring and lots of empty space (except the oodles of Koroks). For me Twilight Princess was where Zeldas peaked.

I wonder if they put that huge empty space in with the intention of adding content there via DLC
