Can you do a video touto on your own method?
Dude, I just don't have the time...the only reason I'm here is cuz I bought the red sky and 3ds for my 6yr old son.
He can play and save just fine across multiple sd cards.
Believe me, he will tell me if something is wrong.
I think you should start over and follow the post on page 19:

Probably not what you want to hear, start with one game at a time.

Yes, press and hold red button for 5 seconds, then press A to launch.
It's normal for it to say save is corrupt the first time you load the game...cuz it ain't there yet.
Play the game to save point, play a little more, exit to Home, cycle the game.
This will create a .sav on the sd.

Why, its just after 10+

Alright, before I completely give up on you...do this:
-open diskwriter1.4 and right click the game you saved.
-select backup save.
-verify the .sav is on your pc.
-format sd in diskwriter.
-format sd in windows.
-burn only the one game back with diskwriter1.4 using a template (you create) with just that CTR-P-XXXX entry.
-Once game is burned to sd.
-right click the game in diskwriter1.4 and select "restore save".

Once the 10+ games are burned (EEPROM-Yes) to a new MicroSD (card 2) with a red-button Sky3ds, must you use another new MicroSD (card 3) to play more games? Can you just format card 2 and rewrite different 10+ games?

For example: card 1 has 10 based games written, card 2 has other games different from the 10 based games - Can I re-format card 2 and burn whatever games (other than the 10 based games) to the card 2 with EEPROM-Yes?

Many thanks!

Sure, you can reformat MicroSD #2. The reason that people tend to avoid formatting #1 is that if something goes horribly wrong, they'll lose their (allegedly) favorite first 10 (as far as progress goes, at least), so recommending a second MicroSD for experimentations made sense.

You can also get a sizeable MicroSD, such as a 64GB, to play around with. It can have up to 31 games on it (a so far unfixed limitation of the writer), and you can delete and add roms even if you don't want to format and lose everything.

It's up to you what you do with it.

Thank you so much for the clarification!
