Amazing. Thank you so much for this. Since the moment I heard of the game (black un 2012), have always wanted to play it and understand it. Now I can finally do that. Thanks for this amazing gift. I only have one problem, is just that the 60fps cheat codes are not working anymore. Anyone is having this issue? Don't know if is the method I'm using to convert the translated .cia to encrypted .3ds file to play it on citra. Any help would ve appreciated.

In the main structure, I just changed the icon.bin, so that the name of the game was edited too. Maybe using the original file will change something. Or with the last Citra run .cia instead of .3ds

Sadly citra doesn't read .cia. I tried changing the extension to .3ds. But still, didn't read the cheat codes. Oh well, will try something else, or search for muy o3ds. Thank you!!!

What did I do wrong?

The file has to be exact:

filename: EX Troopers (JPN).cia
size: 2538173440 bytes (2420 MiB)
CRC32: 26E1611A

What did I do wrong?

To confirm what zfreeman said (thanks for helping), I did some tests

If the name is wrong, some errors similar to yours are displayed.

But if CRC32 is wrong, ALL errors you mentioned appear

That is, your CIA file does not have the CRC32 "26E1611A" or is it corrupted

Search for another .CIA on another site and try again

To check if crc32 is correct, see the image below. The value MUST be 26E1611A

100% sure, it's a different CRC32 file (you need to find another file)

Please compress your file with winrar and upload a photo

It has to be EXACTLY like this photo I sent, respecting name and crc32

Applied the patch, no errors during patching but all tutorials still Japanese (not that its really needed) but after the prologue all character dialog is back to Japanese as well gonna try reextracting patch and repatching

as far as I know, it is still being distributed via spotpass. There are 5 missions

I think I know what happened. You may have downloaded the first demo translation patch, the 5% demo luma patch. You need to delete it on luma folder, otherwise it will overwrite the translation
