You need decent regulated soldering station with fine clean tip, some form of magnification, IPA for paste cleaning and FLUX ! (often missed in videos). Just take your time, dont rush it this is microsoldering job, no copper tube welding.
Mistakes i noticed in sample videos:
1) Flux not used
2) Improper soldering tool - very nasty tip, too high temperature set
3) No magnification - no your eyes are NOT good enough to solder to 0201 cap, belive me.
4) Pretinting anchor points too much - and then facing problems to sqeeze it under, If you use flux, you dont need to pretint anchor points at all it will stick just fine if you solder it in place
5) You need to have soldering area absolutely clean - use IPA (Isoprophylacohol) to clean it properly. Thwere should be no leftovers of thermal paste between those caps.
