I wouldn't bother with any game that uses a 1M save file on a Supercard, TBH.

Use the SuperCard client as usual, but once you start the game, progress is saved by pressing L+R+A+SELECT. When you do this button combination you will enter the save menu. Once there, save your game. The save file will be written to your Mini SD card. If you do this, you will never lose save files! And, next time your save will be loaded automatically. :D

Right. Technically the SC MiniSD has a battery in it that is *supposed* to hold your save through between resets, but I would not trust it. Use the L+R+A+Select button combination AFTER saving normally from the Start menu in the game itself. This should bring up an option to save the current SRAM to the *.sav file on your card.

EDIT: Though like Pingouin7 said, it could be an issue with that particular game. I've never really used my SC miniSD for GBA gaming, so I don't know which types of save files work and which ones don't work.

(very minor edit after the fact to fix the button combination)

You've been trying to buy what? Nobody mentioned any product here other than the Supercard MiniSD that you already have.

You don't need to use the combination to load your save, just load normally in-game

L+R+B+Select and do a real time save. Its the only thing many have have been able to do to save in the Pokemon games on a Supercard Mini SD.

    Gaming room.
Also when you load it will be black screen. Get used to it,just open pokedex/profile/pokenav and it will refresh. Its a common glitch with Sc mini SD.
