The only truly dead link is the one that converts USA/JAP ROMs to EUR. Try looking harder at the very bottom of the first post.
There were no public releases after the small "14/02/2013" version.

Nice work with FLUUD, even though I still think it would have been MUCH better for your project to have no FLUUD and use the speical abilities of the characters in SM64DS to get through the area where Hover, Turbo and Rocket are needed.

Just be patient until it does release, okay? ROM hacks (especially extensive ones like this) take up A LOT of work. So just calm down, alright?
