Usage of the term "weeaboo" also goes to show you're a 4chan catchphrase-shouting re(or b)tard. That is worse than an obsession with Japanese culture, which is not saying much because both are pretty retarded. Shit posters, the lot of you!

Perry Bible Fellowship was cool though.

Oh I guess it's cool in this topic though. Going to get a flood of spite 'weeaboo' posts anywho.

I've actually never heard of the term until today but was quite aware of the japanese fangirls/fanboys out there.

4chan did not invent that word. If we can't use that, then we shouldn't be allowed to speak English.

Yes. "Wapanese" is accurate and not even of 4chan origin if I recall. Even if it's was, it's so dead-on not even I can hate on it.

I think weeaboo is better than wapanese because weeaboo can be applied to non-whites as well, since it does not as directly imply "whiteness" as wapanese does.

Why does it matter so much if the word weeaboo originated from 4chan?

The word itself didn't originate from 4chan, the widely used meaning was associated with the word on 4chan.
