Homebrew SNEmulDS and .ips patching

If you don't know what Legend of Zelda: Parallel Worlds is, start here.

In short, you take a Zelda 3 ALttP ROM and the Parallel Worlds .ips patch and give them the same name (e.g. zeldapw.smc and zeldapw.ips) and run them with a certain emulator (e.g. SNES9x) and it patches this game on the fly, making this new, hell-hard fan-made game that's apparently next to impossible.

Is there any way to get it on the DS?

I don't know if Parallel Worlds works on SNEmulDS, but like mrgone suggested, try manually patching it with a program like IPSWin and seeing if it works. I know certain game mods don't work, but I can't remember exactly which ones they are.

    I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar

    Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)

    Easiest, simple way would be just restart scene, but player would restart from beginning.
