Damn, thats fast. I knew they'd speed it up eventually. Now if they could speed up the loading of roms that fast, it will be gravy [IMG]

Sweet. Another milestone set by SCDS-1!

And now if only they could speed up the damn Patch process when we run games.

yeh, I have a feeling it's due to the roms being launched from within a 'moonshell' enviroment.. hopefully SC will kick the moonshell interface at some point

Oh shit. How long does the entire process take now (saving + loading)? If the answer to my question is 2 seconds, wow [IMG]

Great! Now let's wait for CycloDS to copy this... [IMG]
I foresee it. "NEW VERSION! ULTRA-FAST SAVE!" [IMG]

I'm going to get a SCDS One soon [IMG] If they only could updated that Moonshell... It's still 1.41 [IMG]

I like the fact that the GUI is Moonshell. It's great not having to launch it [IMG]

    A number of places.

http://www.supercard.cn/ might be the first place to look. Or you could extend by keyboards lifetime by using google.

It isn't on the website! I've looked in the usual places.

IIRC, they can't update the moonshell any further because no one can compile it anymore.

Better to drop it, then. I want DPG3 and I don't want to launch Moonshell by Moonshell. It sounds so redundant [IMG]

Naw, most of them just don't want to buy the official ARM dev kit licenses. It's not all that hard to compile once you have RVDS, which by the way produces far more efficient code than the ARM GCC branch - but RVDS is definitely not cheap at more than $10k a pop for anything but an educational/evaluation version. If I didn't get completely misinformed and crossed in the wire department, I think EZ is now able to rebuild moonshell with RVDS.

I believe it's more due to Moonlight's wishes that they stop their modifications on it. They could update up to 1.6x fine (only 1.7x uses the multi-thousand-dollar compiler), but I believe they don't out of respect for what Moonlight says.

That's what I meant, but didn't want to explain it [IMG]

About your last sentence though, who do you mean by "EZ" and how did they afford RVDS?

Edit: I'm referring to cory1492's post

Yeah, right... They're making so much money with EZ-V and EZ3-in-1? [IMG]
