Repost from the wii thread:

Maybe this will be useful to someone. I've migrated my gamestats server logic from the GTS out into an external library. Making new gamestats servers on ASP.Net is extremely trivial with this.

I'm undecided how to license it but leaning towards MPL. For now, please ask before you use it.

Ok, I officially got it to work today.

I Don't know why but the problem was my Pokémon Diamond rom. I switched to a Heart Gold rom and it worked like a charm!

Hi Darkness! Did I catch you in my battle video logs an hour or so ago?
You did a kind of search I don't know how to support because I can't make my game do it no matter what I try.
Can you tell me what kind of battle video search you did and how to repeat it if possible? Thanks!

Hi,
I've been trying to figure this curious thing out - is it possible to connect 4th gen on desmume with pokemon battle revolution (on either dolphin or a real wii)?
I was trying to experiment with this and got stuck because I had trouble to set up the wifi connection on my dolphin.
I am posting this here because I already asked about this on the wii thread and it is relevant to both platforms.

m24gui: Gee, a lot of you seem to have a lot of trouble with emulators... I'm no different, btw! :D

Either way, I am sure there is a link in here for a tut on setting up such a connection. try searching this thread for links. if not that... time to hit google search! ;)

MacroKrome, Deftoner: Not sure if it's the right thread, but if you're using Wii Mario kart, try the PID extractor with your Wii connected to the internet. as far as I know, this extractor uploads the friend code pair so the old profile is usable on the new servers. If it's DS Mario Kart, just delete WFC config, and redo router config! :)

In my case, I had never used WFC on DS, so it was pretty easy for me! :D

Do you have a surge protector or an UPS?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea but to play the next gen games, you must have those games on internal, or buy the official ssd expansion cards, which are expensive
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, dunno what each one of those are
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, my PS3 was already modded when my dad bought it for me and my brother
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
A surge protector is a device that protects your electronics from fluctuations. I recommend having your console plugged into one of those
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
An UPS is even better because it has an internal battery that keeps your system on even if the power goes out, but it's much more expensive obviously
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, oh i recall seeing one in some in the houses of some relatives, including my dad's apartment
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, although whatever device we plug into them stops getting power anyways lol
  • MysticStarlight @ MysticStarlight:
    that's weird
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@MysticStarlight, and oh i was talking about ups
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
    No not that one
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
Surge protectors are what i was talking about
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
Yea I got confused for a bit

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
On the series s/x you can use a external HD but any next gen games must be on your internal ssd, or you can buy a ssd expansion card, but pricey. Any xbone, 360, or og Xbox games can be played from external tho.
