Homebrew Problem with twilight menu sound

Hi, my 3ds plays sound fine usually, but in twilight menu it only plays it through headphones. This issue doesn't happen anywhere else. Can anyone help me?

Please check if the issue happens on actual DS(i) game cartridges, your installed DSiWare titles, and/or in DS WiFi Settings and DS Download Play menus.

Sorry for taking a while to reply. It happens in all of them. Is this a problem with my software? It doesn’t happen in any 3ds stuff.

Check if you're able to change DS Profile settings in System Settings. (Other Settings -> Profile -> Nintendo DS Profile)

If you actually changed/reverted the profile settings, and the issue persists, then I think you're out of luck.
