Just wondering will Saltysd be updated to be compatible with luma3ds 7.0?
ok just wandering because as soon as I updated luma, saltysd stopped working.
SaltySD would require an update, but that update is useless now that Luma has layeredFS support. Literally just follow what RustInPeace said. Luma's LayeredFS is not complicated at all.For some reason my SaltySD also seemed to stop working once LumaCFW updated
I don't really understand the whole LayeredFS thing to be honest and I'd honestly like to stick with SaltySD since it's what I've been using for a while to make my Modpack.
Is there any way to fix this without having to do the LFS method???
Btw I have everything the way it's supposed to be in the Luma menu ("Enable Game Patching" is enabled)
Thanks in advanced
Well I guess but tbh I forgot how to find the TiD of SmashSaltySD would require an update, but that update is useless now that Luma has layeredFS support. Literally just follow what RustInPeace said. Luma's LayeredFS is not complicated at all.

Ok so I'm setting up to do it nowhttp://3dsdb.com. Enter Smash, scroll right for TID.
Move the files inside of the smash folder to the romfs folder. Let me see what's inside of your smash folder.Ok so I'm setting up to do it now
Do I copy the smash folder into the romFS folder or???
And sorry for all the q's but I am not really familiar with LayeredFS
Computer still booting up ughMove the files inside of the smash folder to the romfs folder. Let me see what's inside of your smash folder.
That's good and all, but I would like to see a screenshot when your computer boots up. If it is just the romfs files, move it to the romfs folder in luma/titles/titleid.Computer still booting up ugh
But basically it's literally a modded version of the "data" folder you got from extracting the romFS to make mods
So I got it to workThat's good and all, but I would like to see a screenshot when your computer boots up. If it is just the romfs files, move it to the romfs folder in luma/titles/titleid.
I don't know why only some of it works. If you haven't updated to Luma 7.0.2, do so as I believe that fixes some things. If you have already updated, I'm not sure and you might want to bring it to Aurora Wright's attention. So I got it to work
But only music seems to work not my custom skins
How would I go about doing that???I don't know why only some of it works. If you haven't updated to Luma 7.0.2, do so as I believe that fixes some things. If you have already updated, I'm not sure and you might want to bring it to Aurora Wright's attention.
If you already updated to the latest hourly, then it should be working. How would I go about doing that???
Because I have no idea what to try next since I updated Luma already to the Hourly Build.
It has the custom music working but not skinsIf you already updated to the latest hourly, then it should be working.
I read another tutorial on how to set up LayeredFS and it says that I'd need to get a code.bin of my Smash game in order to utilize LayeredFSIf you already updated to the latest hourly, then it should be working.
