PLEASE see these videos (in one) for an idea. I have seen very thin line glitching in lower screen when I move left and right in twilight menu games selection screen too. I have played GBA games through GBARunner3 a lot too and not saw any ever, but they're not graphically intensive either.

Decrypted roms if it matters. I use them for some reason, but I'll explain if you ask.
nds bootstrap v2.8.2. twilightmenu++ v27.17.2.

Help :mellow:

Try changing the "Screen Color Filter" setting to "Default" in TWLMenu++ Settings.
Make sure to also set the "DS Phat Colors" setting to "Off" or "Default" in the per-game settings menu for the game.

Thank you very much, I had overcast sky set and now both glitches are gone, but some strange issue happened :unsure:. I forgot to mention that Pokemon one is rom hack Pokemon Renegade Platinum. Setting to default screen filter for whatever reason makes the two times speed framerate mod get ignored and makes game run at default FPS. But when I set the screen filter back to overcast sky from default, the game runs at two times speed again because of the mod, but the old glitch returns. DS phat was already default btw for both games and off didn't change this issue.

And I am also seeing a staircase see glitching that I already passed in center of Celestis Town in Pokemon, which I'm not sure if it glitched before, but reverting to old settings makes it glitch still. Do these things have to do with nds bootstrap cache or something?

Sorry for repeatedly giving more info, but I managed to fix the slowdown issue of default color mode by having default color mode turned on along with also setting game's arm9 to 133 MHz. Maybe earlier overcast sky was enabling the fast speed patch because of causing TWL clock speed to be used. But the stairs glitching is still there, not sure if it was present before I made the thread, but I would appreciate any thoughts you may have regarding this

By default, using a screen color filter and/or DS Phat colors will boost the CPU to TWL speed in order to workaround slowdowns caused by applying the color filter/Phat colors.
