Hacking Rumble Pack Woes

So yeah, I bought the Deluxe package from DX.
But they're filthy, filthy liars.
It didn't come with the rumble pack.

I totally complained, and they offered me a 2$ refund.
Are you kidding? REALLY? 2 FRIGGEN DOLLARS?
I'm still complaining.
I bought this for a friend, so if they botch this up, I'm gonna fly to Hong Kong, and
