Nintendo, please appreciate that we the fans are MUCH more concerned with Metroid gameplay than Metroid lore.
The story serves the gameplay, not the gameplay serving a wannabe movie.

Except that, other than the iffy Wiimote controls, Other M had fine gameplay.

As far as "Metroid fans" go, the only thing I EVER hear them bitching about regarding Other M is the story.

that. I don't give a shit about what's going on in the game, I just want to play. story writing takes up too much valuable time that could be spent on making good gameplay instead.
